Common use of Accrued Rights and Obligations; Survival Clause in Contracts

Accrued Rights and Obligations; Survival. Termination of this Agreement by a Party pursuant to Section 8(c) shall not be a Party's sole remedy for a material breach of this Agreement but shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies of a Party under this Agreement. Termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not affect any accrued rights or surviving obligations of the Parties. The provisions of the following sections shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, except as expressly set forth in such sections:
