PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. The provisions of Sections 10, 14, 16, 21 and 29 of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. 28.1 Any rights, duties or obligations of any of the Parties which are expressed to survive, including those referred to in clause 28.2, or which otherwise by necessary implication survive the termination for any reason of this Agreement, together with all indemnities, will continue after termination, subject to any limitations of time expressed in this Agreement.
28.2 The surviving provisions include the following clauses together with such other provisions as are required to interpret and give effect to them:

28.2.2 Clause 12 (Staffing);
28.2.3 Clause 15 (Liability and Indemnity);
28.2.4 Clause 16 (Claims and Litigation);
28.2.5 Clause 17 (Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Transparency);
28.2.6 Clause 24 (Disputes);
28.2.7 Clause 26 (Termination);
28.2.8 SCHEDULE 4 (Further Information Governance and Sharing Provisions).
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. The provisions of Sections 4.11 (Tax Law), 4.12 (Liability of Custodian), 15 (Responsibility of Custodian), 16 (Effective Period, Termination and Amendment), 17 (Successor Custodian), 18.1 (Massachusetts Law to Apply), 18.10 (Remote Access Services Addendum) and 18.15 (Confidentiality) of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. The obligations of the parties contained in Sections 7.1, 7.4, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 9.3, 10, 11, 12, 15.3, and 17 hereof and herein shall survive termination of this Agreement.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. Licensee’s obligation to pay any royalties accrued but unpaid prior to termination of this Agreement shall survive such termination. Licensee shall owe UM royalties on sales when Licensee has received payments from a sub-licensee or Affiliate. In addition, all provisions required to interpret the rights and obligations of the parties arising prior to the termination date shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. It is expressly agreed that notwithstanding termination of the Executive's employment with and by the Corporation for any reason or cause or in any circumstances whatsoever, such termination shall be without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Executive and the Corporation, respectively, in relation or arising up to the time up to and including the date of termination; and the provisions of Sections 8(c) and (d), 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17 and 18 of this Employment Agreement, all of which shall remain and continue in full force and effect unless and until the board of directors of the Corporation at its absolute discretion resolves otherwise and so notifies the Executive in writing.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. Provisions contained in this Agreement that by their sense and content are intended to survive termination of this Agreement shall so survive, including without limitation the provisions of Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. The provisions of Sections 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, 3.13, 4.2, and 8.11 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. Licensee's obligation to pay Royalties accrued but unpaid prior to termination of this Agreement shall survive such termination. In addition, Sections 3.8, 3.9, 4.1, 8.2 and this 9.6 and Articles V, VI and VII and any other provisions required to interpret the rights and obligations of the parties arising prior to the termination date shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. Clauses 4 (Warranties and Indemnities), 7 (Termination and Default), 8 (Consequences of Termination), 9 (Loss or Damage), 10 (Exclusions and Limitations), 15 (Confidentiality), 17 (General) and 18 (Definitions and Interpretation) survive the termination or expiry of the Contract.
