Accrued Time Off Clause Samples
The Accrued Time Off clause defines how employees accumulate paid leave, such as vacation or personal days, over the course of their employment. Typically, this clause outlines the rate at which time off is earned (for example, a certain number of hours per month worked), any caps on accrual, and the process for using or carrying over unused time. Its core function is to ensure both employer and employee have a clear understanding of leave entitlements, preventing disputes and supporting workforce planning.
Accrued Time Off. SpinCo shall recognize and assume all liability for all vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off with respect to SpinCo Employees, and SpinCo shall credit each SpinCo Employee with such accrual effective as of the Employee Transfer Date.
Accrued Time Off. Mallinckrodt shall recognize and assume all Liability for all unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to Mallinckrodt Group Employees which accrued on or prior to the Effective Time, and Mallinckrodt shall credit each Mallinckrodt Group Employee with such accrual.
Accrued Time Off. Computer Sciences GS shall recognize and assume all Liability for all unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to Computer Sciences GS Group Employees which accrued prior to the Effective Time and Computer Sciences GS shall credit each Computer Sciences GS Group Employee with such accrual.
Accrued Time Off. Allegion shall recognize and assume all Liability for all unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to Allegion Group Employees which accrued prior to the Effective Time and Allegion shall credit each Allegion Group Employee with such accrual; provided, however, all Liabilities shall be reduced, dollar for dollar, to the extent that IR has made any payment related to any such unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to Allegion Group Employees in accordance with applicable Law.
Accrued Time Off. Following the Distribution, Spinco or its successor, as applicable, shall recognize the Spinco Group Employees’ unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days, paid-time off and other leave benefits that have been earned or awarded and are unused as of the Distribution Date in such amounts as are reflected in the applicable HRIS system as of the Distribution Date. Following the Distribution, Spinco or its successor, as applicable, shall permit such earned or awarded leave benefits to be utilized consistent with all applicable Laws, the business needs of the Spinco Entities, and any applicable policy.
Accrued Time Off. B&W shall recognize and assume all liability for all vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off with respect to B&W Employees, and B&W shall credit each B&W Employee with such accrual.
Accrued Time Off. Civeo shall recognize and assume all Liability for all unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to Civeo Group Employees which accrued prior to the Effective Time.
Accrued Time Off. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electronics shall recognize and assume all Liability for all unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electronics Group Employees which accrued prior to the Effective Time and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electronics shall credit each ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electronics Group Employee with such accrual; provided, however, all Liabilities shall be reduced, dollar for dollar, to the extent that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International has made any payment related to any such unused vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off and other time-off benefits with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electronics Group Employees in accordance with applicable Law.
Accrued Time Off. Nuvectra shall recognize and assume all liability for all vacation, holiday, sick leave, flex days, personal days and paid-time off with respect to Nuvectra Employees, and Nuvectra shall credit each Nuvectra Employee with such accrual.
Accrued Time Off. (1) An employee may be granted up to 3 Standard days accrued time off during any settlement period and will be no less than 15 minutes on any one occasion where;
a. The employee has accumulated an equivalent amount of credit at the commencement of the day upon which the period of accrued time off is required; and
b. Prior approval of the supervisor has been obtained.
(2) Where 4 or more hours accrued time off is to be taken such requests must be submitted to the supervisor with at least 24 hours notice.
