Accrued Tokens. Zero Hash has no obligation or responsibility under this Agreement to take any action or do anything to collect or arrange for delivery of any Digital Asset that is offered or issued based on existing holdings of Participant Digital Assets, whether characterized as interest, dividend, “airdrop,” or fork (“Accrued Digital Asset”).
