Accumulated Funding Deficiency. Except as provided in Section 3:1:17:3 of the Disclosure Schedule, full payment has been made of all amounts which are required under the terms of each statutory plan, ERISA or other applicable laws to have been paid as contributions to such Statutory Plan, and no accumulated funding deficiency (as defined in Section 302 of ERISA and Section 412 of the Code), whether or not waived, exists with respect to any Statutory Plan.
