Accuracy and Adequacy of Data. (1) All information, documents and materials provided by the Founder, the Controlling Shareholder and the Company to the Investors or their consultants are true, accurate and complete in all material respects, and there are no circumstances under which the failure to disclose any facts or matters to the Investors or any of their consultants may cause any such information to be inaccurate or misleading in any such material respects due to any omission or ambiguity or any other reasons.
