Accuracy of Data. The Contractor shall ensure that the data received from Providers is accurate and complete by:
Accuracy of Data. At the time of transmission, to the best of the knowledge of Participant, the Data that Participant transmits through the HIE is an accurate representation of the Data contained in, or available through, Participant’s System, subject to the provisions of Section
Accuracy of Data. Recipient agrees that the United States Government and XXXX are not responsible for the accuracy of Data or the provenance or integrity of Materials provided.
Accuracy of Data. The Owner will not be responsible for the accuracy or the completeness of the information and data in the contract documents regarding existing underground facilities. Furthermore, the Engineer will not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such data which has not been produced by the Engineer's own field investigations.
Accuracy of Data. (a) PHARMACY shall be responsible for the accuracy, integrity, completeness and timeliness of data and information submitted by PHARMACY to SOUTHERN SCRIPTS as a result of the provision of Covered Prescription Services to Members, and for any errors in or with respect to such data or information.
(b) PHARMACY shall be required to correct any errors or inaccuracies in any such data or information within a reasonable period of time.
(c) PHARMACY shall immediately notify SOUTHERN SCRIPTS of any payment made in error.
Accuracy of Data. As part of the Services, Vendor shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the transmission data and information submitted by Vendor to AMEX and any errors in and with respect to transmission data and information submitted to AMEX. Upon notice or discovery, Vendor shall correct as soon as is reasonably possible any errors or inaccuracies in the data or information prepared by Vendor and submitted to AMEX.
Accuracy of Data. Dealer acknowledges that ADMI will rely on the accuracy of the data provided to it by Dealer and agrees that ADMI shall not under any circumstances be responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or untimely inventory activity data reporting. ADMI will endeavor to report to Dealer any instances of inaccurate, incomplete or untimely inventory activity data reporting if the same become known to ADMI.
Accuracy of Data. Applicant certifies that any financial information provided by Applicant to Xxxxx pursuant to this Agreement was given to Xxxxx as inducement for the extension of credit from Xxxxx. Applicant further certifies that any such information is accurate, true, complete and correct as of the time it was provided. Applicant further certifies that if any property purchased tax-free becomes subject to sales or use tax, Applicant will pay the tax due directly to the appropriate taxing authority when state law so provides or reimburse Xxxxx for such tax.
Accuracy of Data. At the time of transmission, to the best of the knowledge of Participant, the Data that Participant provides is an accurate representation of all Data contained in, or available through, Participant’s System, subject to the provisions of Section 14.02 relating to data subject to special restrictions. At the time of transmission, to the best of the knowledge of CRISP, the Data that is transmitted through CRISP Services is an accurate representation of all Data is an accurate representation of the Data provided by the sending Participants.
Accuracy of Data. 9.1 Subject to Xxxxxxxxx 0.0, Xxxxxxxxxx will:
a) endeavour to collect Data from Microsoft on behalf of the Customer at least once every 24 hours, where the time of collection is decided by Quadrotech;
b) ensure that the Data presented to the Customer is accurate and true;
c) not in any way manipulate or change the Data presented to the Customer.
9.2 The Customer acknowledges:
a) that the Data provided by Quadrotech has been sourced from Microsoft and that it does not hold Quadrotech responsible for any inaccuracies or defects of any Data presented to the Customer;
b) that from time to time Quadrotech may not be able to collect Data from Mi- crosoft due to a Force Majeure Event or Service affecting issues outside of Quadrotech’s control.
