Common use of Accuracy and Disclosure of Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Disclosure of Information. All information furnished by the Lessee to the Lessor in connection with this Lease and the Operative Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, was and remains true and correct in all respects and there are no other facts or considerations the omission of which would render any such information misleading. The Lessee has fully disclosed in writing to the Lessor all facts relating to the Lessee which the Lessee knows or should reasonably know and which might reasonably be expected to influence the Lessor in deciding whether or not to enter into this Lease and to lease the Aircraft to the Lessee hereunder.
