Common use of Accuracy and Reliance Warranties Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Reliance Warranties. The Customer represents and warrants, and it is a condition of the Master Agreement (which these terms and conditions form part of), that: (a) all information and Customer Material provided by the Customer or on the Customer’s behalf to Supplier is complete and accurate and is not, whether by omission of information or otherwise, misleading; (b) the Customer has not withheld from Supplier any document, information or other fact material to the decision of Supplier to enter into the Master Agreement (which these terms and conditions form part of); and (c) the Customer did not rely upon any representation made to the Customer by Supplier or any Related Body Corporate of Supplier (if any) prior to entry into the Master Agreement (which these terms and conditions form part of).
