Invoices Clause Samples
The Invoices clause outlines the procedures and requirements for billing and payment between parties in a contract. It typically specifies the format and content of invoices, the timing and method for their submission, and any supporting documentation that must accompany them. For example, it may require that invoices be submitted monthly and include detailed descriptions of goods or services provided. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear and consistent process for requesting and processing payments, reducing the risk of disputes or delays related to billing.
