Common use of Accuracy of Application Documents Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Application Documents. As part of the Resident’s application to the Community, the Resident has filed with the Community an application form. The Resident warrants that all information contained in these documents and any other document supplied to the Community as part of the application process is true and correct, and the Resident understands that the Community has relied on this information in accepting the Resident for residency at the Community. Any misrepresentation or omission made by the Resident or on the Resident’s behalf, whether written or verbal, shall be grounds for the Community’s termination of this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Resident.
