Common use of Accuracy of Attributes Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Attributes. Yoti will use its reasonable skill and care in verifying Attributes from Individuals, but will have no liability to you, and hereby disclaims to the fullest extent possible under applicable laws all implied representations, warranties, conditions and terms in respect of the accuracy of any Attributes (including any Attributes which Yoti may verify using Third Party Services ("Third Party Attributes")), whether verified by Yoti or not; all Attributes are acquired and used by you at your own risk.
