Common use of Accuracy of Documents, Exhibits and Schedules Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Documents, Exhibits and Schedules. All contracts, instruments, agreements and other documents delivered by CCI to GTS for GTS's review in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, including all articles of incorporation, by-laws, corporate minutes, stock record books and tax returns are true, correct and complete copies of all those contracts, instruments, agreements and other documents. All Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are true correct and complete as of the date hereof. No statement contained in this Agreement or in any certificate, Exhibit, Schedule or instrument furnished to GTS by CCI pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or in connection with the consummation of the contemplated transactions contains or will contain any untrue statement of a material fact or does not include or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make those statements not misleading.
