Common use of Accuracy of Drawings Submitted Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Drawings Submitted. All drawings shall be neat and professional in manner and shall be clearly labeled as to locations and type of Equipment, connections and components. Drawings and diagrams are to be in compliance with accepted drafting standards. Acceptance or approval of such plans shall not relieve the Contractor from responsibility for design or other errors of any sort in the drawings or plans, or from its responsibility for performing as required, furnishing Equipment, or carrying out any other requirements of the intended scope of work.
