Common use of Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through, and Access to Fund/SERV Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through, and Access to Fund/SERV. All information provided by the Intermediary to Vanguard through Fund/SERV and pursuant to this Agreement will be accurate, complete and in the format prescribed by the NSCC. For each Fund/SERV Order, the Intermediary will provide Vanguard with all information reasonably required by Vanguard to establish and maintain such Order (and any subsequent adjustments to such Order). The Intermediary will adopt, implement and maintain procedures reasonably designed to ensure the accuracy of all transmissions through Fund/SERV and to limit the access to, and the inputting of data into, Fund/SERV to persons specifically authorized by the Intermediary.
