ACCURACY OF REPORTS; COMMUNICATIONS. Confirmation of orders and statements of my accounts shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within ten days after mailing by you to me. In the event I fail to receive a confirmation within ten days from the date of a transaction in my account, I agree to notify you immediately in writing. Communications mailed to me at the address specified by me shall, until you have received notice in writing from me of a different address, be deemed to have been personally delivered to me and I agree to waive all claims resulting from failure to receive such communications.
