General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.
my means each Borrower who signs this note and each other person or legal entity (including guarantors, endorsers, and sureties) who agrees to pay this note (together referred to as "us"). "You" or "your" means the Lender and its successors and assigns.
Covenant not to compete means an agreement:
You or “Your” shall mean the Bidder responding to this Invitation For Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City selected and awarded a contract.
We "us" and "our" means Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company.
Letter of Understanding means the written agreement signed by the School District and the Architectural Designer that describes, attaches, incorporates, or explains the Scope or Scope of Work, the Task Order, the Project Schedule or Work Schedule, the basis of the applicable Fee method, and other requirements for individual Projects assigned by the School District.
Waiver and Release means the Waiver and Release attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Competition or “Competitions” means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.
Offer Letter means the letter given to the Trainee providing him/her with an offer to join Infosys after the successful completion of the Program as a full-time employee in the capacity of a systems engineer, subject to terms and conditions contained in the offer letter.
the Handbook means the Authority’s Handbook of rules and guidance;
Severance Agreement means the Key Executive Severance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the parties, as it may be amended from time to time, that provides for certain benefits related to termination of the Executive’s employment that are unrelated to a Change of Control.

Company Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, change in control, transaction bonus, consulting, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other contract between any Group Company and any current or former employee, director or officer of such Group Company.
Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
Employee Handbook means the employee handbook applicable to all employees of Infosys during the entire tenure of their employment.
Mutual Release means a mutual release in the form set forth in Exhibit 9 hereto.
Memorandum of Understanding means that certain predecessor agreement between the Parties to develop this Joint Operating Agreement dated February 27, 2004.
arbitration agreement means an agreement by the parties to submit to arbitration all or certain disputes which have arisen or which may arise between them in respect of a defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not;
Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Noncompetition Agreement has the meaning stated in Section 2.1.
Employee Agreement shall refer to each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visa, work permit or similar agreement or contract between the Company or any Affiliate and any Employee or consultant;
You and Your means the person(s) named on the Schedule as the insured.
LOI (this Section 1 of the RFP) means the Letter of Invitation being sent by the Client to the shortlisted Consultants.
Settlement Agreement means this agreement, including the recitals and schedules.
MOU means Memorandum of Understanding
