(v) None of the representations and warranties contained in this Section 1(b) shall apply to statements in, or omissions from, the Registration Statement, the Basic Preliminary Prospectus, the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Preliminary Final Prospectus, the Final Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto, or any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus, based upon and in conformity with information furnished as herein stated or otherwise furnished in writing to the Bank by or on behalf of any Underwriter for use in connection with the preparation of the Registration Statement, the Basic Preliminary Prospectus, the Pricing Disclosure Package, any Preliminary Final Prospectus, the Final Prospectus or any such amendment or supplement thereto, or any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus. It is understood and agreed that the only such information furnished by any Underwriter is that described in Section 15 below.
