ACCURACY VERIFICATION. (a) <Service Provider> will verify the accuracy of the Meter forming part of any User Specific Delivery Facilities as required by good industry practice and applicable Laws with the frequency of verification determined by <Service Provider> if not specified by that good industry practice or those applicable Laws.
