The CONTRACTOR warrants and represents that he will keep timely, accurate and honest books and records relating to the work performed and the payments received under this CONTRACT according to generally accepted accounting standards. Further, the CONTRACTOR agrees that he will create such books and records at or about the time the transaction reflected in the books and records occurs.
