Common use of ACDBE Intent to Perform Form Clause in Contracts

ACDBE Intent to Perform Form. Submission of the Intent to Perform as an ACDBE Partner form for each ACDBE shall constitute a representation by the Concessionaire to the Airport Board that it believes such ACDBE to be certified as an ACDBE to perform the work as designated, and the ACDBE is not affiliated with the Concessionaire as defined herein. It shall also represent a commitment by the Concessionaire that if it is awarded the Agreement, it will enter into an agreement with such ACDBE for the work described at the approximate price and percentage set forth in the Intent to Perform as an ACDBE Partner form.
