ACH Entries; Returns. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized ACH entries to your Account so they can be returned in a timely manner. You agree that if you ask us to submit an ACH return entry in connection with any unauthorized or erroneous ACH debit to your Account, the originating depository financial institution has no obligation to accept that return transaction if the return request is not made within the applicable time frame set forth in the NACHA Operating Rules. You understand and acknowledge that we may not be able to recover your funds if you do not notify us immediately of an unauthorized ACH entry so that we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice prior to the expiration of the applicable time frame under the NACHA Operating Rules. In some cases, your claim may not be honored and you could incur Losses.
