ACH Transfers from Other Financial Institutions. You can arrange to transfer money via the ACH Network to your SoFi Checking or Savings account from another financial institution. Credit for an ACH transfer is provisional until final payment is received by the receiving depository financial institution. Until that happens, the party originating the transfer is not deemed to have made payment to the beneficiary, and the receiving depository financial institution is entitled to a refund of the provisional credit. If we give you provisional credit for an ACH transfer but do not receive final payment, you become obligated to us for the full amount without prior notice or demand.
