As used herein, "Provisional Credit" means that the credit is made to Member's Account subject to final payment of the Checks and subject to the terms of the Deposit Agreement.
Provisional Credit - You agree to be bound by the automated clearing house association operating rules that provide that payments made to you or originated by you by funds transfer through the automated clearing house system are provisional until final settlement is made through a Federal Reserve Bank or otherwise payment is made as provided in Article 4A-403(a) of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Upon acceptance of the File, AMHFCU shall grant Member's Account Provisional Credit (as herein defined) for the total amount of the Corrected File or the Accepted File, as applicable.
