Achieved and Committed Savings Deadlines. Total MMBtu goal for a given Program year will be determined based on Achieved Savings and Committed Savings that are fully approved in SPECTRUM by December 31. Implementer shall enter all Achieved Savings and Committed Savings into SPECTRUM by December 14, 2019 at noon (12:00 p.m.) to guarantee adequate time for review and approval before the end of the Program year.
