Incentive Bonus Plan. Employee shall be eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 65% of his annual base salary in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Bonus Plan as modified from time to time, payable in cash and/or equity of the Company (at the Company’s discretion). The bonus payment and the Company’s targeted performance shall be determined and approved by the Board or the compensation committee thereof.
Incentive Bonus Plan. For 1998 and subsequent years, it is the Company's intent to develop a written Incentive Bonus Plan (which may be VPI's Incentive Bonus Plan) setting forth the criteria under which Employee and other officers and key employees will be eligible to receive year-end bonus awards.
Incentive Bonus Plan. For 1998 and subsequent years, TSI shall develop, as soon as practicable after the Effective Date, a written Incentive Bonus Plan setting forth the criteria and performance standards under which Employee and other officers and key employees will be eligible to receive year-end bonus awards. For services rendered in 1998, TSI shall pay a guaranteed minimum bonus in the amount of 35% of Employee's base salary, payable at the time that bonuses for 1998 are paid to other officers and key employees.
Incentive Bonus Plan. It is the Company's intent to develop a written Incentive Bonus Plan setting forth the criteria under which Employee will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus. Employee's maximum bonus opportunity shall be up to 75% of his annual base salary. The bonus payment and Employee's targeted performance shall be determined by, and be subject to the approval of, the Board or the compensation committee thereof.
Incentive Bonus Plan. For fiscal year 1996 and subsequent fiscal years, Employee shall be eligible to participate in the Cotelligent Compensation Plan, which sets forth the criteria under which Employee and other officers and key employees will be eligible to receive bonus awards.
Incentive Bonus Plan. For 1998 and subsequent years, it is VPI's intent to develop a written Incentive Bonus Plan (which may be VPI's Incentive Bonus Plan) setting forth the criteria under which Employee and other officers and key employees will be eligible to receive year-end bonus awards. VPI contemplates that the maximum bonus for which Employee may be eligible will be 50% of Employee's base salary.
Incentive Bonus Plan. During the Term, the Executive is entitled to an annual cash bonus (the “Annual Bonus”), a part of which will be based on attainment of particular financial milestones (the “Financial Milestones”) and the other part of which will be based on attainment of particular business milestones (the “Business Milestones”). The Annual Bonus is computed as a percentage of the Executive’s base salary for the fiscal year for which achievement of the Financial and Business Milestones relate.
Incentive Bonus Plan. Employee shall be eligible to participate in all annual incentive programs available to other executives or officers of Security Bank Corporation, such participation to be in the same form, under the same terms, and to the same extent that such programs are made available to other such executives or officers. Nothing in this Employment Agreement shall be deemed to require the payment of bonuses, awards, or incentive compensation to Employee if such payment would not otherwise be required under the terms of Security Bank Corporation’s incentive compensation programs.
Incentive Bonus Plan. Not later than June 30, 1997, the Board will develop a written Annual Incentive Bonus Plan (the "Incentive Bonus Plan") setting forth the criteria under which Employee and other officers and key employees will be eligible to receive year-end bonus awards based upon individual performance and the achievement by the Company of the prior year projections. The Incentive Bonus Plan will provide for Employee's bonus as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto.
Incentive Bonus Plan. During the term of his employment under this Agreement, Employee will be eligible to participate in all bonus and incentive plans established by the Board including, without limitation, the Company's 2019 Management Bonus Plan. It is the intention of the Company’s to develop and implement the 2019 Management Bonus Plan no later than June 30, 2019.
