Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by the Province, the Recipient will:
(a) acknowledge the support of the Province for the Project; and
(b) ensure that the acknowledgement referred to in section A8.1(a) is in a form and manner as directed by the Province.
Acknowledge Support. Unless the Province directs the Recipient to do otherwise, the Recipient will in each of its Agreement-related publications whether written, oral or visual:
(a) acknowledge the support of the Province for the Funds provided under the Agreement;
(b) ensure that any acknowledgement is in a form and manner as the Province directs; and
(c) indicate that the views expressed in the publication are the views of the Recipient and do not necessarily reflect those of the Province.
Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by the Province, the Recipient will acknowledge the support of the Province in a form and manner as directed by the Province.
Acknowledge Support. Unless the Province directs the Recipient to do otherwise, the Recipient will in each of its MTEC-related publications whether written, oral or visual:
(a) acknowledge the support of the Province for the MTEC;
(b) ensure that any acknowledgement is in a form and manner as the Province directs; and
(c) indicate that the views expressed in the publication are the views of the Recipient and do not necessarily reflect those of the Province.
Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by the Province, the Recipient shall, in a form approved by the Province, acknowledge the support of the Province in any publication of any kind, written or oral, relating to the Project.
Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by the Ministry, the Recipient shall, in a form approved by the Ministry, acknowledge the support of the Ministry in any publication of any kind, written or oral, relating to the Agreement or the Project, including but not limited to, any report, announcement, advertisement, brochure, audio-visual material, design, website or other public communication.
Acknowledge Support. Unless the Province directs the Recipient to do otherwise, the Recipient will in each of its Program-related publications, whether written, oral, or visual:
(a) acknowledge the support of the Province for the Program, including any projects and activities for which Funds are used;
(b) ensure that any acknowledgement is in a form and manner as the Province directs; and
(c) indicate that the views expressed in the publication are the views of the Recipient and do not necessarily reflect those of the Province.
Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by MHO, the Service Manager will acknowledge the support of MHO in a form and manner as directed by MHO.
Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise approved by the Province, the Recipient will:
(a) acknowledge the support of the Province for the Project using the statement “This project has received funding support from the Government of Ontario. Such support does not indicate endorsement by the Government of Ontario of the contents of this material”;
Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by the Province, the Recipient will acknowledge the support of the Province for the Project as set out in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).
