The Recipient acknowledges, in respect of the Project, that: (a) the Funds are to assist the Recipient to carry out the Project and not to provide goods or services to the Province or Canada; (b) the Province and Canada are not responsible for carrying out the Project; (c) the Province’s and Canada’s role in respect of the Project is limited to making a financial contribution to the Recipient for the Project, and the Province and Canada are not involved in the Project or its operation; (d) the Province and Canada are neither decision-makers nor administrators in respect of the Project;
