Agreement Review. If, pursuant to section 25.10 (Review of Agreement) of the Bilateral Agreement, the Bilateral Agreement is reviewed after three or five years, or both, of the effective date of the Bilateral Agreement, and any changes to the Bilateral Agreement are required as a result, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as necessary and in a manner that is consistent with such changes.
Agreement Review. The parties shall, together with the Board, review the operation of this Agreement at least once every four years.
Agreement Review. Within thirty (30) days following Executive’s written request (which must include documentation of such fees and expenses but not narratives of specific legal services provided), the Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses he incurred (if any) relating to the review and negotiation of this Agreement. Executive must submit any request for reimbursement of such attorneys’ fees and expenses within one (1) year of when such fees and expenses are incurred.
Agreement Review. 11.1 There will be an annual review of this Agreement to ensure it is achieving its objectives and that each Authority is upholding the general aims and spirit of this Agreement. If deemed necessary, there will be an interim review if there are any significant policy reviews or legislative changes that require this Agreement to be updated.
Agreement Review. Recognizing the joint concern over the City of Imperial Beach’s ability to fund the recommendations contained within the agreement, it is mutually understood that should the California State Legislature mandate a salary or fringe benefit item applicable to employees represented by the association, CITY may at its option require that this M.O.U. be reviewed. It is further understood that should the California State legislature mandate a reduction in a salary or fringe benefit item applicable to the employees represented by the UNION, the UNION may at its option require that this M.O.U. be reviewed. It is understood that the UNION and the CITY may discuss and consult with each other with respect to non-economic items during the period of this agreement, except as noted above, in order to further communicate between the CITY and UNION in an effort to promote the improvement of personnel management and employer-employee relations.
Agreement Review. This agreement will be automatically reviewed every five years. Parties to this agreement may request a review at any time.
Agreement Review. This Settlement Agreement has been carefully read by each of the Parties, or the responsible officers thereof, and its contents are known and understood by each of the Parties. This Settlement Agreement is signed freely by each Party executing it based on the legal advice of their respective attorneys.
Agreement Review. The Agreement will be reviewed at least once every four years, six months prior to the end of each period. However, where changes to the Local Government Act 1989 have a significant impact on the Agreement, such changes are to be accommodated within the Agreement at the earliest opportunity. This schedule expands on clause 9 of the Regional Library Agreement and establishes the responsibilities of the member councils with respect to funding current and future library operations.
Agreement Review. Faculty in participating departments from both institutions will review and update the articulation agreement during each program review cycle.
