Common use of Acknowledgement of Bargaining Process Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Bargaining Process. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining regarding the Employees covered by this Agreement. All understandings agreed upon during the negotiation process are set forth in this Agreement. For the duration of this Agreement, the Board and the BSEO each voluntarily and unqualifiedly agree that the other will not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement.
