Common use of Acknowledgement of Consideration Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Consideration. The power of attorney hereby granted is as regards the Collateral Agent, its delegates and any such Receiver (and as the Chargor hereby acknowledges) granted irrevocably and severally, for value and for security as part of the Charge to secure the several proprietary interests of and the performance of obligations owed to the respective donees within the meaning of the Powers of Attorney Ordinance.
