Common use of Acknowledgement of Full Payment and Withholding Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Full Payment and Withholding. (a) You acknowledge and agree that the payments provided under Section 2 of this Agreement are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation or benefits due to you from the Company, whether for services provided to the Company or otherwise, through the Separation Date and that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation or benefits are owed or will be provided to you.

Acknowledgement of Full Payment and Withholding. (a) You acknowledge and agree that the payments provided under Section 2 of this Agreement are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation or benefits due to you from the Company, whether for services provided to the Company or otherwise, through the Separation Date and that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation or benefits are is owed or will be provided paid to you.

Acknowledgement of Full Payment and Withholding. (a) You acknowledge and agree that the payments provided under Section 2 and Section 3 of this Agreement Agreement, and the vesting of the Options under Section 3(c), are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation or benefits due to you from the Company, whether for services provided to the Company or otherwise, through the Separation Date and that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation or benefits are owed or will be provided paid to you.

You and the Company hereby waive any notice that may be required from the other party, including pursuant to the Employment Agreement.

(a) You acknowledge and agree that the payments and benefits to be provided under Section paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Agreement are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation or benefits due to you from the CompanyCompany or its affiliates, whether for services provided pursuant to the Company terms of your Employment Agreement or otherwise, through the Separation Date and that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation or benefits are owed or will be provided paid to you.

(a) You acknowledge and agree that the payments provided under Section Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this Agreement are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation or benefits due to you from the Company, whether for services provided to the Company under the Employment Agreement or otherwise, through the Separation Termination Date and that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation or benefits are owed or will be provided to youyou by the Company.
