Common use of Acknowledgement of Full Payment Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Full Payment. You acknowledge and agree that the payments and other benefits provided under this Agreement are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation and benefits due to you from the Company or any of its Affiliates, whether for services provided to the Company or otherwise, through the Separation Date. You further acknowledge that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation or benefits are owed or will be provided to you by the Company or any of its Affiliates.

You acknowledge and agree that the payments and other benefits to be provided under you in accordance with Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement are in complete satisfaction of any and all compensation and benefits due to you from the Company or any of its Affiliates, whether for services provided to the Company or otherwise, through the Separation Date. You further acknowledge Date and that, except as expressly provided under this Agreement, no further compensation of any kind, in cash or benefits are equity or otherwise, is owed or will be provided to you by the Company or any of its Affiliatesyou.
