Consulting Fees Sample Clauses

Consulting Fees. The Company shall pay Consultant consulting fees at an annual rate of $250,000 through June 30, 1999 and $350,000 thereafter. The Company may, but shall not be obligated to, increase the consulting fees from time to time. The consulting fees shall be payable in installments in the same manner and at the same times the Company pays salaries to executive officers of the Company, but in no event less frequently than equal monthly installments.

Consulting Fees. 3.1. In consideration of the Services provided hereunder, the Company shall provide Consultant the compensation as set forth in the applicable SOW (“Consulting Fee”). 3.2. Consultant shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in association with performance of the Services, unless pre-approved by the Company in writing in advance.

Consulting Fees. The Consultant shall be entitled to $375 per hour, not to exceed $3,000 per day, of Service actually performed by the Consultant hereunder. The Consultant shall submit to the Company monthly statements, in a form satisfactory to the Company, detailing Services performed for the Company in the previous month. The Company shall pay to the Consultant consulting fees with respect to all Services actually performed and invoiced within 30 days after Company’s receipt of each monthly invoice.

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the Consulting Services and subject to the due performance thereof, the Company shall pay to the Consultant during the Consulting Period a fee of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) per year (the “Consulting Fee”), which Consulting Fee shall be payable in arrears during the term of this Agreement in equal monthly installments in accordance with the Company’s customary practices. The Consulting Fee shall be prorated for any partial year during which the Consultant provides Consulting Services.

Consulting Fees. During the Consultation Period, the Company shall pay the Consultant consulting fees in the amount of $350 per hour of Services performed hereunder, to be paid to the Consultant in accordance with Section 2(c) below (the “Consulting Fees”).

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 1,000,000 (one-million) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. During the Consulting Period, you shall receive a consulting fee of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per calendar year (the “Fees”), payable in monthly installments in arrears on the last day of the month (pro-rated for partial months).

Consulting Fees. The Company agrees to pay the Consultant for the Services in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.

Consulting Fees. In consideration for (i) the availability of Consultant to render the services, (ii) the services to be rendered by Consultant during the Term, and (iii) the other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall promptly issue to the Consultant 150,000 shares of the Company's common stock, which shares shall be subject to S-8 Registration.

Consulting Fees. In consideration for (i) the availability of Consultant to render the services, (ii) the services to be rendered by Consultant during the Term, and (iii) the other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall pay a fee of a total of 1,500,000 shares of common stock of the Company, to be included on a Registration Statement on Form S-8. It is expressly represented and warranted that none of the shares being issued for services in connection with this Agreement and/or monies due hereunder are related to any offer or sale of securities in a capital raising event or to directly or indirectly maintain or promote a market for the securities of the Company.
