Acknowledgement of Risk (a) The Purchaser acknowledges and understands that its investment in the Securities involves a significant degree of risk, including, without limitation, (i) the Company remains a development stage business with limited operating history and requires substantial funds in addition to the proceeds from the sale of the Securities; (ii) an investment in the Company is speculative, and only Purchasers who can afford the loss of their entire investment should consider investing in the Company and the Securities; (iii) the Purchaser may not be able to liquidate its investment; (iv) transferability of the Securities is extremely limited; (v) in the event of a disposition of the Securities, the Purchaser could sustain the loss of its entire investment; and (vi) the Company has not paid any dividends on its Common Stock since inception and does not anticipate the payment of dividends in the foreseeable future. Acknowledgement of Receipt Each of the parties acknowledges receiving an executed copy of this Agreement.
Acknowledgement of Understanding I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnify, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up my rights, including my right to sue. Acknowledgement of Support Unless the Province directs the Recipient to do otherwise, the Recipient will, in respect of any Project-related publications, whether written, oral, or visual, acknowledge the Province’s and Canada’s support for the Project.
Acknowledgement and Agreement By execution below, the Transferor expressly acknowledges and consents to the pledge of the 2022-1 SUBI Certificate and the 2022-1 SUBI and the assignment of all rights and obligations of the Transferor related thereto by the Transferee to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS 28.1. It shall be noted that due to market conditions and fluctuations, the value of Financial Instruments may increase or decrease, or may even be reduced to zero. Regardless of the information the Company may provide to the Client, the Client agrees and acknowledges the possibility of these cases occurring.

Staff and the Respondent agree with the facts set out in Part IV herein for the purposes of this Settlement Agreement only and further agree that this agreement of facts is without prejudice to the Respondent or Staff in any other proceeding of any kind including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any proceedings brought by the MFDA (subject to Part IX) or any civil or other proceedings which may be brought by any other person or agency, whether or not this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel.
Resume Acknowledgement Form When submitting a response to an RFQ the Contractor shall submit with its response a completed and signed Resume Acknowledgment Form (Contract Exhibit G) to the Customer for each staff augmentation person included in the RFQ response.
