ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF LEGAL REPRESENTATION. 32 It is acknowledged that each party was, or had the opportunity to be, represented by 33 counsel in the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement and had the opportunity to 34 contribute to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and, accordingly, the rule that a 35 contract shall be interpreted strictly against the party preparing the same shall not apply 36 herein due to the joint contributions of the parties.
