Used Oil. Any oil that has been refined from crude oil or has been 4 synthetically produced, and is no longer useful to the Service Recipient because of 5 extended storage, spillage or contamination with non-hazardous impurities such as dirt or 6 water; or has been used and as a result of such use has been contaminated with non- 7 hazardous physical or chemical impurities. Used Oil must be generated at the Service 8 Unit from which the Used Oil is collected. Used Oil does not include transmission fluid.

Used Oil. Used Oil" shall mean any Oil that has been used for its intended purpose and as a result of such use has been contaminated by physical and/or chemical impurities.
Used Oil. 11 CONTRACTOR shall keep all Used Oil and Used Oil Filters collected 12 from SFD Service Units pursuant to this Agreement segregated from other 13 materials.
