Common use of Acknowledgement of Payment of Wages Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Payment of Wages. Except for accrued vacation (which the parties agree totals approximately [Ÿ] days of pay) and salary for the current pay period and the payments and benefits provided under Section 5.3 of the Employment Agreement, Executive acknowledges that Executive has received all amounts owed for Executive’s regular and usual salary (including, but not limited to, any bonus, incentive or other wages), and usual benefits through the date of this Agreement.
