Common use of Acknowledgement of Payment of Wages Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Payment of Wages. You acknowledge that the Company has paid you all accrued wages, salary, bonuses, accrued but unused vacation pay and any similar payment due and owing, with the exception of the payments and benefits owed to you under the Executive Employment Agreement and/or under any equity-based compensation awards.
