Acknowledgement of Reasonableness. The restrictions contained in this Clause 13 are considered by you and the Company to be reasonable in all the circumstances. Each part of this Clause constitutes an entirely separate and independent restriction and the duration, extent and application of each of the restrictions are not greater than is necessary for the protection of the commercial interests of the Group and their stable trained workforce.
