Common use of Acknowledgement of Receipt of Documents Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Receipt of Documents. The bargaining unit member shall acknowledge receipt of all documents intended for placement in his/her personnel file. If the bargaining unit member refuses to sign such document(s), a witness will be asked to sign that the unit member has received such document(s) but refused to sign for receipt. Receipt of such document(s) does not indicate agreement with the content of the document(s).
