Common use of Acknowledgement of Science and Industry Endowment Fund Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Science and Industry Endowment Fund. The Grant Recipient must, in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements, events and activities in relation to the Purpose, or any products, processes or inventions developed as a result of it, and otherwise as reasonably requested by the Trustee, acknowledge the financial and other support received from the Science and Industry Endowment Fund, in the manner (if any) specified in Schedule A or as otherwise approved or requested by the Trustee prior to its use.

The Grant Recipient must, in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements, events and activities in relation to the Purpose, or any products, processes or inventions developed as a result of it, and otherwise as reasonably requested by the Trustee, acknowledge the financial and other support received from the Science and Industry Endowment Fund, in the manner (if any) specified in Schedule A or as otherwise approved or requested by the Trustee Trustee, acting reasonably, prior to its use.
