Acknowledgement of the Agreement. In accepting the award of Restricted Stock Units, Employee acknowledges that Employee has received a copy of the Plan, has reviewed the Plan and the Agreement in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Agreement.
