Acknowledgements and Representations. The Grantee agrees that if the Grantee’s employment were to terminate, the Grantee could earn a living while complying with the Restrictions; the Restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect the Company’s legitimate interest in its Confidential Information, customer relationships, and investment in developing its employees; and that the rights and obligations under this Paragraph 14 shall survive the termination of the Grantee’s service with the Company.
