Acknowledgment in relation to Fund Fees. The parties acknowledge that: 4. 6.1 the Maintenance Fund Fee and the Asset Management Fund Fee do not form part of the Rent; and 4. 6.2 the payment of the Maintenance Fund Fee and the Asset Management Fund Fee in accordance with Clauses 4.2 and 4.3 does not in any way alter the scope or nature of the Parties' express obligations in relation to maintenance, repairs, asset management or the provision of works and services under this Agreement.
