We reserve the right to install and/or maintain automatic telephone recording equipment on telephone lines used by personnel servicing the Custodial Account in connection with trading functions and consumer inquiries. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge our right and expressly authorize us to record and play back any and all such telephone calls.
