Commingling Assets Clause Samples

The Commingling Assets clause prohibits the mixing of one party’s funds or property with those of another party. In practice, this means that any assets held on behalf of a client, investor, or third party must be kept in separate accounts or clearly segregated from the holder’s own assets. This clause is essential for maintaining clear ownership records, preventing misuse of funds, and protecting the interests of the asset owner in the event of insolvency or legal disputes.
