Common use of Acknowledgment of Employee Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Employee. This award of RSUs does not entitle Participant to any benefit other than that granted under this Agreement. Any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy or resignation.
