Acknowledgment of Funding Support. The following statement will be included on the Hospital’s website, on all Publications and, upon request of the Funder, on any other publication of the Hospital relating to a Hospital initiative: “The [Insert name of Hospital] receives funding from [Insert name of Funder]. The opinions expressed in this publication do not necessarily represent the views of [Insert name of Funder].” Upon request of the Funder, the Hospital will include a statement in a form acceptable to the Funder, acknowledging the support of the Province.
