Publication. No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data, photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art Work, resulting from performance or prepared in connection with this Contract, are to be released by Contractor and/or anyone acting under the supervision of Contractor to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or agency, without prior written approval by the County, except as necessary for the performance of the services of this Contract. All press contacts, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only after County approval.
Publication. For the purposes of this Article 9, the term “publication” means any material on or concerning the Services that the HSP makes available to the public, regardless of whether the material is provided electronically or in hard copy. Examples include a web-site, an advertisement, a brochure, promotional documents and a report. Materials that are prepared by the HSP in order to fulfil its reporting obligations under this Agreement are not included in the term “publication”.

A-E must first obtain review and approval of said media contact from the COUNTY through the COUNTY’S Project Manager. Any requests for interviews or information received by the media should be referred directly to the COUNTY. A-E’s are not authorized to serve as a media spokespersons for COUNTY projects without first obtaining permission from the COUNTY Project Manager.
PublicationThe Recipient will indicate, in any of its Project-related publications, whether written, oral, or visual, that the views expressed in the publication are the views of the Recipient and do not necessarily reflect those of the Province.

PublicationCustomer will make available for public inspection on Customer’s website or, if Customer does not have a website, then at Customer’s administrative office, this Addendum along with the Data Processing Amendment, and the definition of “Services” set forth herein. “Services” means the then-current Core Services and Other Services described at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/user_features.html.

Publication. All documents and other writings produced by you during the period of your employment, which relate to work you are doing or have done for the Company or to the business of the Company or its affiliates, shall belong to the Company. You will not publish outside of the Company any such writing without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors of the Company. You will, without further compensation, execute at any time (whether or not you are still employed by the Company) all documents requested of you relating to the protection of such rights, including the assignment of such rights to the Company.
